Learn how to knit baby booties
These darling booties knit up in just a few hours, making them great gifts for a little one! My daughter has multiple pairs in different colors and yarn types, and they actually stay on her feet! The instructions cover sizes 3-6 months, 6-12 months, 12-18 months.
This class tackles picking up stitches, making stitches, decreasing, and the Kitchener stitch! The Kitchener stitch is something I’m very excited to teach because it was the most rewarding thing when I finally figured it out. Kitchener stitch is a finishing technique in knitting used to seam two sets of live stitches invisibly. It is essentially a new set of stitches woven from both live edges! Also called grafting in knitting, the Kitchener stitch is fun to say, but can seem a little daunting to new knitters
While you don’t have to be an expert knitter to take this class, you do need to know the basics. If you’re new to knitting or need a refresher, start with my knitting 101 class.
